The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) acts as regulator of investment fund managers and custodians. In principle, a Manager may only offer units in an investment institution if it has a license from the AFM to do so.
However, the Coeus Capital Diversified Currency Fund may be offered without a license, in part because the Manager, Coeus Capital, targets investors who are able to participate with an intial amount of €100,000 or more per investor.
Although the Fund Manager is registered with the AFM, it is not subject to the supervision of the AFM.
Therefore, Coeus Capital is required to show you the following warning:
In English: Attention! This investment falls outside AFM Supervision. Although there is no prospectus requirement for this activity, Coeus Capital has written an Information Memorandum none the less. Please locate the Information Memorandum under the button Fund Documentation.
